Full Description:
A brownfield property may be eligible for a maximum of $50,000 as outlined in this Framework. Funding may be provided for the following:
- A maximum 50% contribution for the completion of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment.
- A maximum 50% contribution for the completion of a Corrective Action Plan.
- A maximum 50% contribution for the completion of remediation work.
Projects may be eligible for any of these options, however, no more than $50,000 will be awarded for any one successful application.
Pilot Program Timeline
Final reports and required documentation must be submitted no later than November 30, 2027.
